Hello! It's Carrie here, and  I'm super excited to meet you!

Let me introduce myself.  I am a registered dietitian with nearly three decades of experience, now working privately with midlife women who are ready to transform far beyond weight loss. Together, we rebuild your body, your confidence, and your sense of self — so you move into this next chapter feeling strong, capable, and completely at home in your own skin.

Like many of the women I now serve, my journey has been personal. I struggled with my weight for much of my life, which is what led me to study nutrition nearly three decades ago — I genuinely wanted to help women prevent chronic disease and feel better in their bodies. But as I entered midlife, I found myself exhausted, discouraged, and turning to food for comfort while my body continued to change in ways I didn’t understand. It took years of intentional inner work — strengthening my mindset, rebuilding discipline, and learning to care for myself first — before everything shifted. Today, I am living in the strongest, most fulfilling decade of my life, and it is my purpose to guide other women out of feeling stuck and into a life of confidence, joy, and true freedom.  I'm really looking forward to hearing your story on our upcoming call!  This next chapter can be your strongest one yet!
